Nerve pain, also known as neuropathic pain, occurs when the nervous system is damaged or not functioning properly. It is often described as burning, shooting, stabbing, or electric shock–like pain. Nerve pain may be constant or intermittent and can be triggered by touch, movement, or temperature changes.
Treatment options include Ultrasound guided epidural steroid injections, selective nerve root blocks, peripheral nerve blocks, sympathetic blocks for chronic neuralgia. For neuropathic conditions, we offer neuropathic medications, topical agents, vitamin and metabolic support to enhance nerve conduction.
Epidural steroid injections are a pain management treatment used to reduce inflammation and relieve pain caused by irritated or compressed spinal nerves. The injection delivers a corticosteroid medication directly into the epidural space around the spinal cord and nerve roots.
Nerve block injections are an effective treatment option for managing pain arising from irritated or damaged nerves. These injections work by delivering medication around the affected nerve to reduce inflammation, interrupt pain signals, and provide relief from persistent nerve-related pain.
Physical therapy helps improve strength, flexibility, and nerve function by restoring proper movement, reducing pressure on nerves, and supporting overall mobility and pain relief.
